Equipped 

This 12-week* Office Assistant program incorporates knowledge and skills in office procedures, computers, power skills, communication, employability, health and safety, medical terminology, math refresher, bookkeeping, and business startup.  The computer learning has two streams - one for regular office and one that focuses on creative tools and social media.  This program is for persons with disabilities or persons who have barriers to employment. Job finding and coaching options are also available.  The typical purchaser of this program - government, agencies with a mandate to service persons with disabilities and/or persons who have barriers to employment.

Office Assistant Program 

This 9-week* Office Assistant program incorporates knowledge and skills in office procedures, computers, power skills, communication, employability, health and safety, medical terminology, and a math refresher.  The typical purchaser of this program are colleges and employment centres. 

Business Startup

This 8-week* Business Startup program includes introduction to business, market research, marketing, bookkeeping, business plan development and computers.  Upon completion, participants will have developed a business plan.  The typical purchaser of this program - colleges. 

Office Procedures - Healthcare

This 9-week* Office Assistant - Healthcare program incorporates knowledge and skills in office procedures in the healthcare environment, computers, power skills, communication, employability, health and safety, medical terminology, and a math refresher.  The typical purchaser of this program are colleges. 

Employability

This 3-week* course examines employment strategies and incorporates soft skills and communication skills.  Upon completion participants will have a resume, a cover letter and confidence necessary to go after a job they want.   Typical purchasers of this program - Employment Ontario   

Train the Trainer

15-hour or 24-hours program examines the critical thinking skills required to complete a needs analysis, and design, develop, and deliver a training session.  Upon completion, participants will deliver a 15-minute training session that they have developed.  The typical purchaser of this program - colleges and employment centres. 

* A week is usually 30 hours
