This curiosity and drive has led her to a diverse background as an entrepreneur, social network designer, researcher, instructor, trainer, director, coordinator, counselor, mentor, author, bookkeeper, recruiter, and volunteer. She's owned eleven businesses and has instructed, counseled, and/or mentored over 400 business start-ups.

Hughena has been helping clients find employment that they love, over the past five years. She was an employer herself for many years and understands what employers need to see and hear in order to recognize an amazing employee. She also teaches workshops for a program funded by the federal government.
